Refund & Return Policy

It is our goal to maintain 100% satisfaction for our ministers, members, and those who are interested in the American Fellowship Church.

We have made the information below as simple and as clear as possible. Please take the time to read and understand our policy before you place an order.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with any or all of the materials that you receive from us, you may return any or all of the items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the cost of the item or items ONLY. We will NOT refund shipping costs paid for shipping to you, or the cost to return the item/s to us (which we require before issuing a refund.)

If you would like to return an item, or you are requesting a refund; simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

If you would like a refund, you must first return the item/s to us, before we will issue a refund.

We feel that we provide a more than fair detailed description including reasonably high resolution images of items available on our website and you will receive exactly what you were promised from us.

Again we do not cover the cost of shipping to you, or back to us in our refund policy.

IF WE MAKE A MISTAKE ON YOUR ORDER WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO CORRECT THE MISTAKE.

If there is a problem with your order as a result of our error, i.e. you receive an incorrect item, we misspell your name on a document: we ask that you allow us to send you a replacement item at no cost to you. However, we ask that you agree to follow our instructions regarding either: returning the item/s to us, or properly destroying and / or recycling the item/s in question.


REFUNDS TIMES:

If you placed your order in the USA you should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (2 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2  days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you reside outside of the USA please understand that the above times apply to you PLUS any additional shipping time and or international banking time in addition.



Shipping:

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Currently we ship all items via USPS First Class Mail, Priority Mail, Express Mail, and the respective international equivalents. If you have more immediate needs please let us know when you place your order, or better yet contact us before you order so that we can arrange for other means of shipping if need be.

The Bottom Line:

The American Fellowship Church was formed to further religious purpose as a benefit to society. The AFC was NOT created to take anything from anyone. Therefore if you feel unhappy as a result of something we did (or did not do), we ask that you simply communicate with us. You have our word that we will do our best to work with you, looking toward an acceptable and fair resolution. :-)
