If you ask for ordination in the American Fellowship Church, you are indicating that you accept and agree to the American Fellowship Church Code of Ethics.
Before placing your order, please click Code of Ethics to view the Code of Ethics.Your Minister License ID Card
You can become ordained online today, when you order your minister license and ID card.
Your minister identification card certifies that you are a legally ordained and currently licensed minister. You may use the titles Pastor, Bishop, Deacon, Minister, Preacher, Priest, Priestess, Chaplain, Rabbi or any other title that you wish, except Doctor titles.
- Your ID card is your Minister License, your ID as a Minister, and your small Certificate of Ordination all in one.
- Your minister ID card will show that you are licensed to perform wedding ceremonies, baptisms and funerals.
- Having minister credentials will allow you to perform the wedding ceremony of a friend or relative*. (See note below re Canada)
In addition, If your ministry takes you to hospitals or prisons, you may use the ID card to help you gain admittance to those institutions. You may also use the card to help obtain special parking privileges when they are available to ordained and licensed ministers.
Performing Weddings and Marriage Ceremonies
If you plan to perform marriages for friends or others, we urge you to order our publication "Details of Marriage Laws." This publication contains important information you need before you perform marriages in the United States.
Some states have special requirements and in a very few areas, (such as Nevada) our ministers cannot perform marriages unless they have an actual congregation or perhaps can't perform marriages at all. We suggest you order our publication "Details of Marriage Laws" to be well informed.
Additionally you may or may not be able to perform marriages in other countries.
* For example, our ministers may not perform marriages in Canada where very few churches are allowed to do that.(To order "Details of Marriage Laws" in USA see Church Documents )
Testimonial from one of our ministers...
Since my becoming a minister of the American Fellowship Church, my life has been spiritually, mentally, and physically changed to a degree whereas I know that there is only one way to go, and that is with God.

I am a current reverend and have been since 2012. I renew every year and there's no hassle or problem with the orders. I order annually my year renewal card and my letter of good standing after I submit my annual report required for review of my services.

I went to seminary and was ordained in 1988. However, my youngest son had medical issues when he was born. My contract as a chaplain in a hospital was ending and I had to find other work. I became an engineer for a telecom. and decided to stop working full time as a minister. As a result, I had to give up my ordination in the Presbyterian church. But I loved officiating in weddings (and a few funerals). The American Fellowship Church allows me to continue to do that.

My Ordained Minister card arrived promptly. The card reflects the beauty and significance of my duties as a Reverend. There was a misspelling on the card. My address is 3RD AVE. The card said 3Rd Ave.
