    I found this to be helpful background information. The key advice is to always check with the county in which you live to make sure about proper rules and procedures. Where I live, there are more restrictions in place put together by local county rulings. But this information is still helpful because it gets me going on the right track. I can also use it for when/if I have to move in the future.

    $10 seems like alot of money to pay for something that does not give enough information for your state. Mine is NY (not NYC) and I still don't know if I have to register with the NY State County Clerks Office.

    There's very little information in this download. Do yourself a favor, simply call your county clerk and ask them what's required. I would have been happy to pay the money as long as I got something. You can find the same answers on this website without buying this download.

    I had to read this on my computer because it wouldn't let me print, but I was fascinated with all the different laws for each state , not that I plan on marrying someone but it is good to know in case you are asked .
