This is an Ordained Minister License/ID Card valid for 1 year which
certifies that you are a licensed ordained minister authorized by the AFC
to perform all the duties of a minister from solemnizing weddings, to
Baptisms and Funerals.

Ceremonies for Marriages Baptisms and Funerals ($8)

This document Includes several examples of nondenominational ceremonies that
you may wish to use in your ministry. We offer an example of a traditional and an
alternative wedding ceremony as well as complete ceremonies for baptisms and
funerals.

Details of Marriage Laws ($10)

This details of marriage laws report provides you with the information you need
to perform a legal marriage anywhere in the United States.

First, we provide a general explanation of the procedure you should follow in
performing a wedding in any state.

Next, we list every state by name and indicate what the laws of that state have
to say about who is authorized to perform a marriage.

Special Procedures for each state
Also, we let you know about any special procedures that need to be followed in a
particular state. Most states authorize any ordained minister to perform a
marriage but some states require that ministers register with the government
BEFORE they perform marriages.

2 Marriage Certificates ($20)

This elegant Marriage Certificate has spaces to enter the names of a couple you
have married.

There is also a space for the date of the marriage and your signature certifying
that you performed the ceremony.

As is the case with our other certificates, this Marriage Certificate is printed on
high quality paper, suitable for framing, and also bears a handsome church seal.

New minister

Printer lines from your black ink. Thin paper that appears to be a bond stock worthy of certificates. Plain and simple set up which I appreciate, but it's a once in a life time event.

All items were as you described. I really appreciate you putting together a complete package with everything that I needed. I have a major suggestion for the outer envelope, it really needs to be marked "DO NOT BEND" I just happened to be getting the mail right after the postman bent it to fit in the mailbox. I was able to straighten out the marriage licenses before the creases became permanent.

My only request is that there would be an option for a paper print out of the ceremonies for marriage. Other than that everything arrived in good condition and extremely fast.

I believe they did a fine job on shipping my order in a timely manner. I rate it a 4 only b/c I don't have anything to compare it to. The "sample" sermons, that was included in the packet, was a big help as a reference in writing my own sermon.
